Day 90 of 101 DoCC

Day 90 of 101 DoCC –  this is the first time I have tried a Game of Life type program. This is a rough draft or first shot that I plan to fork. This was inspired by John Golden tagging me in twitter post for Chalkdust celebrating their 13th Issue with an Art Project (join in!). I am planning to do something, but need to work it out.
